#18 LAUREN MOLINARO

Lauren Molinaro is another player that came to the Mutiny via the WUSA route. Last year, she played in all twelve regular season games for the Mutiny and will be returning for her third season with the team. After last season’s WPSL National Championship in Tampa, FL, Molinaro was selected to the WPSL All-Tournament team. She is currently an assistant coach at the University of Rhode Island-where she finished her second season with the program. A 2001 graduate of UConn, Lauren played for 4 consecutive Big East champions while tallying 66 career points (22 goals, 22 assists). The former NSCAA & Soccer Buzz All-Northeast Region selection was selected by the Bay Area Cyber Rays in the 3rd Round of the WUSA Supplemental Draft in 2001.
