JILL SERAFINO, M.Ed.

Jill Serafino serves as the Mental Conditioning Coach for the New England Mutiny.

She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management, Exercise Science, and Psychology at the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Counseling at Springield College. Jill teaches Sports Management at American International College (AIC).

Currently, Jill is the assistant women’s soccer coach at AIC. She is also the head coach of the U-16 girls AFC Mutiny premier team. Jill coached at West Springfield High School and Conard High School for two seasons, while also tutoring the Mutiny U-17 and U-15 women’s club teams for two seasons. She was also assistant coach at STCC in 2002, helping lead her squad to a State Championship and a New England Finals.

Jill played college soccer at Elms College and in high school for the Orioles of Belcherown, MA. While in high school, Jill was ranked as one of the region’s top tennis players.
